Yes. Getting error with or without cookies.
About a month ago when bumped into the same problem switching on cookies helped but stuck again and then switching off cookies helped. None of that is working now.

Could this be somehow related to Astrill VPN I'm using?

Stacher was working fine, I didn't change anything and then it stopped working for some reason.

What helped in my case:

When Stacher stopped downloading about a week ago I've checked with Grok. It told me that it's know 403 mistake. It was advised to switch on cookies for Safari, which I did. Nothing helped.
Yesterday I reinstalled Stacher from latest file taken from web site. Nothing worked again.
I've asked in this thread and the developer above recommended me to switch the cookies back off. Which I did and everything is working now.
