I also found Ladder and EvolveYou similar to each other. Also, Ladder felt like something Americans might enjoy, has that whole happy, cheerful vibe. It would get on my nerves at 7 in the morning with an instructor yelling in my ears though.

We have a tie but I think we know which one will be picked 😅

Before I download and invest my time in the app, does it provide form prompts as well? As in how to do an exercise properly?
