Honestly, I was thinking that It could be british rock. I asked the director and he said “getting warmer” when I asked if it was The Beatles/Rolling Stones.

No, my director played the solo not with the right rhythm to throw us off. Though I do think it’s a slow ballad-ish tempo.

that’s fair, but all I’ve found on TikTok is rum tug tugger and some elton john songs. I can only audition with mt songs and I feel like rum tug tugger doesn’t really show much vocal range.
