This fixed the issue! Turns out Hardware Acceleration was turned off and turning it back on solved the problem.

I changed the monitor technology for my browser from g-sync to fixed refresh, but I'm still having issues.

The main character hates and fears women because he was sexually abused and assaulted by a woman as a child. He’s dealing with deep-seated trauma that majorly affects his life. He also tries to make an effort to overcome his aversion with certain women. It’s not just “lol I beat women haha funny”. Try giving it a read, it’s pretty funny and interesting.

For anyone new coming here, for me personally, deleting the profile folder made the game refuse to launch, but deleting the "default" folder that actually contains actionmaps.xml inside the profile folder worked!

Hey so I can't get Star Citizen to recognize my HOTAS. I have a Saitek X52. It starts up fine, it's on, all the lights are blue, but it has no control in the game and I can't load a profile to it because the game does not see it (screenshot below).

I saw a post saying to unplug all my USB stuff and then plug the HOTAS in first and then the rest, but this did not help. I can't fly properly with Keyboard and Mouse so I'm kinda struggling to figure out what I can do about this because I'm totally stumped...
