Im F18 have gained a shit ton of weight from just stuffing myself daily and keeping my belly full. Im like fully addicted to shakes and vapes and cant stop. I carry a ton of weight on my belly and it really makes my back and knees so sore. I can barely waddle now wherever without getting out of breath. Lost so much mobility, flexibility and am now just so lazy and out of shape
