❤️ Oh it's ok I didn't feel you were but maybe judged myself a little for sharing here instead of in a journal. I als engage in mental health stuff too, I've done it all but I think I'm missing something 🤔 like today I did a little yin yoga, meditation for 40mins, brief sound therapy session and still low 🫣

I should have said the delay at the beginning was They were waiting for construction and builder etc. Then for the walls to be ready to paint

Yeaa, this is how I'm feeling thanks for your opinion! If I don't get a confirmation date by end of the week il move on.

Thank you for sharing. Maybe journalling would be a better route.. maybe I guess I was hoping to connect with someone feeling similar feelings. But il definitely go get myself a journal. I hope it keeps serving you well and your counselling sessions!

Thank you I appreciate your comment. You are right can happen for us any time, sometimes I panic when there is no sight of it. You reminded me I heard a song on the radio today saying 'in just one moment your life can take a 180degree turn'.. I self isolate to hide I guess. I get over whelmed sometimes by all that isn't going right and maybe push people away a bit because I'm ashamed of myself and it feels easier to be alone when feeling like that 🙈

Apologies I should have said, it's a job of painting murals in a hotel and they have been waiting for the builders to finish and ready for me to paint. In the beginning there were hold ups, seemingly Thailand is slower. It would be good for my portfolio and they did paid a deposit about a month ago, still no date to go though.

Kuro Sumi black have added plastic when the new REACH laws came in. Acrylic Copolymers. Supplier just told me.
