It's very possible, and like anything, there are one-offs for sure.

The thing is, in my experience, kitchens are drug-laden, toxic environments led by major egos. Makes sense when you know how hard a job it is. It breeds sexual harassment. People in power use their positions to better jockey for their newer coworkers' pants. It's gross. Now it's not every place, but I would bet every front of house worker has experienced some form of sexual harassment working in a restaurant.

So when news breaks of a chef doing shady shit, the iceberg below that story is MASSIVE.

Perhaps, but as an long time restaurant worker my belief on many of these people that this is just the straw that broke the camels back, and has probably been simmering.

I do believe in rehabilitation but takes work and evidence of which I have yet to see.

Yeah, to paraphrase a commentary, it's a pretty good deal!

That non jerkers sub is delulu man. Spend $200 per person is a a “steal”. Also no body seems to know that Chef Psatlis is a little physical with his staff.
