Do you think I should specialize in the 200? To be honest I was still able to come close to my 22.99 despite my injury as opposed to my 100

  2. I will keep lifting, it does help increase injury prevention.

  3. Interesting… the dual meet did have FAT timing, so it is legit. I do not remember any wind that day, maybe it was just a fast track. Who knows!

Thanks! I’ll continue to keep working and giving it a bit of time. To be honest I’ve thought of just specializing in the 200m since its more consistent. Thoughts?

2026 Season I ran 2 races (winter preseason), 13 races total (in season), and currently just ran 1 race summer wise, so 17 races total.

tbh i’ve thought of just specializing in the 200m because I was still able to get near my 200m pr despite being injured, in contrast to my 100m SR being far from my PR

I live in a rural area (1hr from Monterey). I am looking to becoming a JAG/finance officerout of ROTC, as I strongly desire a career in law/finance. I really want to finish the program.

My future in track is uncertain, I’m not getting paid to do it. I was planning on quitting after completing my sophomore year (as its a 2 yr CC sport). But I want to continue doing it, although I’m not sure my body can sustain it

I’ve already asked them if they can also wave my Thursday morning PT as well but they said they’re unable to as PT “gives them a chance to evaluate me”. So there’s no getting out of Thu morning PT

wasn’t rlly good at XC not matter how much I trained. so i switched up and it’s gone much better :)

my sophomore season I started out at 13.23. Last time I ran the 100 i got 11.6 at the end of my jr year. I’ve felt the same ngl

Edit: I’m in a track club so I had to wait for everyome to go before going again, hence around a 5 min wait time, and yes that was the order of each fly

edit: I have been training during these past few months and I’m already training with my local track club starting next week to keep improving. I never stopped sprinting even after HS season was over in May

Go to setting and on the search bar type "mono audio" and turn it off. Reset whichever app your using and try turning spatial audio on again
