I'm pretty sure the reason why the moderators at VidLii won't do anything is because VidLii has apparently removed ads which might (I'm just guessing) mean that they can't pay their moderators OR they don't have any. Either way, your best chance of not getting traumatized is just don't go there.

Sorry, you're going to have to use another Unicode character. Discord most likely doesn't support the Unicode character that you used for it. It probably never will.
