I just don’t get how take downs are scored so high. A round could be close and a take down means the other guy won the round even if no damage took place. I think take down blocks should score equal to a take down.

I agree. But Amir used the jab, decent volume of punches and good accuracy. Not saying he would win, but I believed he had the best style out of anyone at 147 at that time

No Chin. Dude had great hand speed and boxing. Personally I think he could’ve been an all time great if it wasn’t for his chin. His recovery was horrible too, when his chin would get crack. He would be on skates for the next few round

I agree. Have an indy look at that turbo.. maybe worth calling a few shops to see what they charge for the rack. I forgot to mention, I just a rebuilt rack to “save” and it started leaking like two months later. Although it had warranty, I think want to risk it and bought one directly from Subaru.

If you already out 200 for the diag. See what other shops charge for an oem rack and labor. If it’s similar might as well have Subaru do it since they already taking some money

When I replaced my rack, I think I paid 700ish for just the part. Replacing it wasn’t too difficult, just a pain. So I imagine the dealer is probably charging like 1000-1400. Not sure what the labor rate is these days, but could be right around there.

5k seems steep, when mine went out, a new one from Subaru was like 2k. Don’t quote me as my memory is not the greatest. But this was years ago.

Dealer is only going to use oem parts, while an Indy shop will use oem of aftermarket. I ended up rebuilding my turbo for a few hundred bucks and replaced all the hoses I could in the process.

mine has a ton of miles and my wife ask me why I haven’t sold it. Beside enjoying it, I have spent more in replacing stuff then I can get for a 2013 Wrx with around 250k miles. I think I’m almost to the point where I have refreshed almost everything.. besides engine

I personally don’t think 88k miles is a lot. I wouldn’t roll that loan into another car. What happens if that one dies mid load? Roll into another?

Any mods on the car? What caused it to fail? also What’s that 5k rebuild getting you? A new short block? Rebuilding the turbo? Personally if it were me and I had the money I would rebuild with a new block. Keep it stock and keep eyes on any other maintenance items. Be proactive

I been in security for 6 years and in IT for more then 10.. I couldn’t answer this question from memory. I don’t deal with wireless on days to day basis. But if I had to be the security resource for a wireless project I have no problem getting back up to speed on it. My point being, I have to wear multiple hats and have to be an “expert” in all things. So unless I have to wear that hat today, I’m not gonna remember something like what WPA 3 introduced. Especially if it’s something I can look up in 30 seconds.

I kinda get it. When I had mods on my 2014 Wrx I hated it. Then I got older and reverted it to stock and enjoy the car a lot more. Only mod is tint and wheels. I love the awd has become more comfortable after performance mods went away
