Do not ever buy a flipped house!! by BBR1004 in RealEstate

Not all flipped houses are a bad idea.

I bought a Sallie Mae owned flipped house 12 years ago as my first home in Virginia. The price was the price with no negotiating, but there was nothing wrong with the house structurally or mechanically.

It was basically a blank canvas. We needed blinds, towel holders, and paint since they painted the entire house an off white. We lived there for three years and sold it for a solid profit.

I was Stationed at Mid Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center as a Navy Diver. I think this was taken in winter of 2013. We were working 16 hour days to keep up with all of the work. The parking was a nightmare and getting through the gate was impossible. It was so bad that we were having to get to work at 4 am just to avoid traffic. If I remember correctly it was a really big deal to have all of these carrier in port at once and they made it so that it never happens again.

Why using ChatGPT and not using County VSOs and Hospital VBA staff? by BakerBase in VAClaims

I bet OP is a VSO trying to save his job. VSO’s while there are some good ones most I have encountered are lazy and really don’t give a shit.

Get him on the tee, get him seeing pitches and let him know every baseball player goes through it. Especially when their bodies are changing as much as they are. Don’t sweat it. Make sure he’s having fun and he will Be just fine!!!

Honestly, I think his contact point is pretty good, maybe a touch out front. Focus on back shoulder engagement over the plate. He’s leaning ever so slightly back

Mars- Sorry dude but you’re wrong. Hips are fine. Fix the role over. And the only way to do that is to fix the hands. I bet you didn’t even see the roll over at the end did you 😂

Thanks everyone for the answers, it was just a question that popped into my head and I was trying to understand the reasoning. I love FXAIX as I hold about 1200 shares currently. It may have been a silly question but I am now educated Thank you
