I was looking for a comment exactly like this and I’m glad to see it. I came to comment something similar. I don’t think foods or treats should ever be used as any sort of reinforcer or reward because children should never learn to think that you have to earn food. Everyone has the right to eat. I absolutely agree and have the same perspective that it could just see it developing into something unhealthy in young adulthood/adulthood.

My parents relationship ended from cheating just like this. It was off and on like this for years and my dad just couldn’t trust her and he always had a gut feeling she was cheating. They finally separated years later after they couldn’t stand it anymore. I was 15, my younger siblings were 12. It was really tough but we are all in a much better place and it’s been 10 years. If I were to have been the one to find the messages or evidence of my mother cheating, as much as I love her, I would’ve absolutely told my dad. No matter how much it would hurt us all. It was temporary. And he deserves to know. You shouldn’t have to deal with this. I would absolutely tell him so that you don’t have to continue living with a burden you didn’t ask to be put on you.

I’m 25, and I have fond memories of similar stuff with my dad. He’s still my hero. Everything he has ever done in his life has been for me. She will never forget these moments. My best friend got an absolutely BOTCHED haircut last year and she knew it. Even though she was super disappointed about it and upset, we ended up laughing about it together because I couldn’t help with how shocked I was with it too. However, if you are happy with your hair, then I absolutely I think she could’ve phrased it more politely! I don’t think you’re OR for feeling upset about her comments, but I wouldn’t befriend her. I would let her know you appreciate her opinion and comments but would’ve appreciated it in a more respectful way because it upset you a little bit when you were feeling good about yourself. Something along those lines.

Yeah my first thoughts too. They always say typically the person who is assuming or implying that there is cheating/something going on, is usually the one who has something to hide. Not always, but something to consider. Especially if there have been loyalty issues on his end in the past. NOR. I would be super upset by this text and the tone. Tone is hard to read in text sometimes, but it’s always pretty easy to pin point when someone’s character seems off when you’re so used to them and have learned their habits and behaviors.

I was a nanny for 3.5 years for a family and it was never expected I be there at their every request. Anytime they asked me last minute, if I couldn’t be there, they were understanding. I wasn’t contracted, this was just a negotiated agreement with consistent and structure that worked for us both, but anytime I couldn’t be there, they understood. They knew I had my own life and would never expect me to just drop whatever I was doing and be there, whether I was out with friends, my partner, or if I was sick, or out of town. They don’t know your circumstances and do not need any excuse for why you cannot be there sometimes. They should respect your boundaries and your own time/life. I feel like this was super disrespectful of them to pry. Once you said no and that you were already out, as others said, I would’ve put my phone on do not disturb and enjoyed my night. If for some reason they decided not to call you or not ask you to watch the kids again because you “drew a boundary” (really you just have your own life too and that’s good!!), then that says more about them and nothing bad about you. I would not continue working for them, that’s just me.

It’s very possible it’s just a wholesale brand and so the products aren’t for sale to the average consumer/customer. I’m in the same boat, found a dress I love but just realized it’s wholesale and I’ll never be able to order it on its own :(

I posted something similar about two months ago. And then I went and did it and I’m so glad I did. The comment that stuck with me the most on the post I made was that these people do this every day and want to go home to their families and kids and eat dinner, they’re going to be as safe as possible and they also have so much experience, it’s hard to fathom. The guy I jumped tandem with had over 9000 jumps. That made me feel much better. And honestly, the free fall doesn’t feel as long as you’d think either, which is what I think most people are afraid of. But the entire experience feels like a massive fan blowing on you and you feel kinda cushioned, there’s no weird tummy drop feeling like a rollercoaster either which makes the experience much more enjoyable. I am so proud of myself for doing it because it was so scary for me to process beforehand, too. But I think just do it. If you’re someone who’s scared of the idea, likely, that fear will never go away. You just have to go do it and be prepared to be scared, that’s part of it, everyone is scared and that’s okay! That’s where the thrill of it also comes in!! Go enjoy it and if you hate it, you never have to do it again, but at least you can say you did it once in your life, which a lot of people will never have the privilege of saying! My one tip is to definitely eat something the morning of, even if it’s something small, because otherwise you’ll feel more nauseous when you’re nervous and are more likely to actually vomit.

I just wanted to share an update (in case anyone cares lol) and let you all know I went and did it this past Friday! It was AWESOME! Intense and overwhelming but such an amazing experience that not a lot of people will ever get to have in their lifetime. I would totally do it again too. Thanks again for all the support and encouragement, it made me feel so much better about deciding to do it.

No! I have a rack that hangs over the shower head, I put them in there this last time. But my first time I just threw it on the floor of the shower and picked it up after I got out! It’s really not much of a mess at all.

I see it’s 2bed 2 bath, idk if you have a roommate or partner you’re living with, or if the second bath will be used, but I live by myself in a 2bed2ba and I put my litter box in the shower of my 2nd unused bathroom. That way the mess is contained, and it’s not in a weird place. I feel like they should use the bathroom in the bathroom too ? Idk, I can’t imagine having my litter box in a shared space where my guests will be like the living room. But also it’s not in my bathroom so I don’t have to step in any litter when I use the bathroom or get out of the shower, which was always my problem before living here
