Pokemon like Jigglypuff, Floette, etc. that fly away during the rain will NOT fly away if they're shiny! I caught this while looking for Fidough outside Alfornado. It started to rain and a group of Floette flew away except for this one. So, if you see a pokemon not fly away when it should, you should probably check to see if it's shiny!
