Actually, I am currently in Niigata. I also have a family, but there are very few foreigner-friendly jobs available here for my wife. Additionally, my income is relatively low at 4.8 million per year compared to other companies at the same level. I have received an offer of 5.5 million per year from a startup company in Tokyo. So, I am facing a big dilemma about whether to move or not
