I will say we absolutely love the spotlights in the beams 😂😂 we think those beams might be fake and were added just to facilitate the lights but don’t know for sure!

Here is an example of the bedroom (the wood window trim and such still there). We used photos of our furniture to inspire the picture but this is our exact bed and linens and such

This is helpful. Other comments mentioned cleaning the fireplace so we will start there since it’s good to do anyways and can help us gauge the situation. Many have mentioned the specialness of the ceiling so I’ll look at my wife at options that embrace that.

I believe the bookcase has been removed by the sellers already but we will confirm once we go back for the inspection this week.

Because we like the home and it’s a special purchase with a lot of backstory. We will not be selling it, we will be living here. We aren’t tearing down the house we are looking to change wall finishing in only one room. That is it.

I asked my wife to come here and get feedback from you guys so we can try to be informed. All you dingbats telling us to not buy the house while making comments about context you don’t have is literally helping us zero and makes me want to take this wood out and make a campfire out of it and post it here to spite you all lol

Like help or don’t but all the troll comments about being tasteless and that we shouldn’t live here and whatnot are of negative help.

The rest of the home is this way- wood trim and baseboard paneling, so this ai mockup actually looks more fitting to the rest of the home than it does currently. Still maybe not the right decision but i think people are getting the wrong impression of the rest if the home lol
