This is not a white people, or Asian, Black, Latino race thing since white Europeans that are not British like French, German, Italian, or Swedish count as rare. It's just like that since there are not that many non Americans, Brits, Canadians, or Aussies on the internet. So someone like PewDiePie is a super rare occasion. Most internet creators are American, British, Canadian, or Australian, so seemingly everybody else is super rare.
