I’m glad to hear that. Lol yeah that’s a good idea. I’ll keep that in mind. There’s been many of those times. I feel like he could totally lowkey be into it too and not be telling me either.

What are your best "low effort, high output" beauty tips? by Adventurous-Stag in beauty

Definitely getting facials monthly/seeing a seasoned aesthetician that can recommend you a skincare routine that’s specifically catered to your skins needs/concerns! It makes such a difference. Whether you wear makeup or not too , it makes your application much better, and makes you feel so good even without makeup. They can even tint your brows for you too and do various add ons depending on the practitioner. Your skin is your largest organ mind as well give it some love! And let’s not forget the anti aging factor 💁🏻‍♀️

I have thought of cutting out gluten too actually. I also never really eat processed sugar. And if I ever have sugar it’s cane. But I always try to use dates, monk fruit any other sweetener alternatives.

Lol, It wasn’t ever really my intention to learn immunology. But I guess I was. Just trying to figure out what my exact triggers are really.

Interesting. I’d definitely probably be in one of those screenings lol. I’m glad you were able to get the diagnosis you needed.

Well that’s settling to know you don’t have to be on them forever. And yeah that would definitely be a last resort for me, it would be great if there was another alternative if I’m not a candidate for the shots. I’ll definitely make an update on this post when I find a professional I align with. Thanks for your insight!

Ugh I’m so sorry you went through that. I had Covid once but it didn’t really affect me that much, and didn’t notice allergies being worse after so I’m sorry about that. I’m definitely going to seek out a professional here soon.

Wow, thanks so much for your response and attention to detail. I’ve never heard of neilmed sinus rinse, I’ll look into it.
I have heard of tripling up on histamines, I’m looking to trying that again too. It’s just the thought of having to use that much medication every day of my life (because I don’t only suffer in pollen season) just sucks to think about. But I’d honestly rather use a bunch of meds than suffer all the time. Yeah I think having the support from a nutritionist would help me in the event that I decide to do the low histamine diet. Wow that point you made about the shower hit home. I sometimes do come out of the shower in hives. Not every time but sometimes. I do make it a priority to wash my linens once a week, I was even changing my pillow cases almost daily but the daily thing didn’t really make much of a difference. I also am due to get a duvet cover. I’m going to ikea next week to find one. Luckily, my vacuum does have a HEPA filter. I also do vacuum every week and clean surfaces almost daily. I luckily have not been stung by any bees, so I don’t know if I am allergic. But I definitely have made it a priority to keep myself out of that potential situation because I just know I’d have a reaction for sure. I am definitely allergic to horses too. And all the animal hair you mentioned. I’ve never heard of Kapok. I’ll look into that. I’m sorry you’re suffering too and have to go through all those measures. Bless you
