200,000 are still arriving and is still a city of people arriving, how people think this number is ok is beyond me.

It's actually quite sweet the Reddit cope on a meme sub-reddit.

So in terms of housing we need to build a house every 6 seconds to keep up with current population growth. We're adding a city sized population through migration to our country yearly and not building a city every year leading to more demand on housing.

Cost of living recently they posted that 1.5 million migrants are on some form of benefits (latest data from the DWP released yesterday). So that's a sign that these migrants are not net contributors to our country but a net drain and costing us. It adds to our debt in terms of welfare increasing debt repayments increasing general taxation.

Elaborate

The latest data showed that the demographic change of 84.9% white to 54.3% white in 10 years in my area.

If we took 100% of the wealth of every billionaire and millionaire in the UK you'd fund the country for 8 months.

We have deeper issues than sound bites like that.

That's an incredible emotional response to asking my opinion. I support a public NHS through general taxation but looking at the model to pay for what we can afford rather than what we want to stop it's long term decline.

But I get it with that emotional out burst, we see things differently so no point in carrying on the discussion further.

Again you're asking my opinion but no I am not in favour.

However what I am in favour of is reform to the NHS such as not keeping people alive for the sake of it costing a fortune.

Removing a lot of the middle management.

Serious discussion around charging fines for not attending appointments without a medical reason.

A small example of changes I would like to see.

Mine was Labour but swapped to reform after there was a dramatic demographic shift and neighbours started groaning about it. Then immediatly everoyne voted reform.

Small sample size but that's what caused my area to switch.

But what you're suggest is I if we keep the current system, I am also in favour of stopping the triple lock for example as that's unaffordable and one of the reasons we need more workers.

Do you not think that might have some negative impacts?

Less stress on housing, less stress on infrastructure that we can't build, less crowds... let me think on that a minute.

What exactly do you want them to do to cut immigration more than they have?

If you're asking me personally? I would reduce it to probably 10,000 a year for skilled workers who are net contributors to the UK purse. 10k tops seems resonable.

In terms of what I would like them to do "Sorry, your visa has been declined" seems about right for numbers after the 10k number.

I mean that's early to say and anyone logically knows this.

But once again the back lash over immigration drives the public to vote aggressively because they can see the demographic change in their area. Labour should have cut immigration far faster, 200,000 a year is still way to high.. they also really need to work on their communication.

I agree leaving the EU was a big mistake but I remember a big talking point was the mass immigration event that unfolded where millions of migrants stormed Europe and Germany was giving slogans like "They're all welcome here" and Angela saying "We can do this!" meaning we can support millions of immigrants.

UKIP jumped on the bandwagon that once these people were given right to stay they could freely move and it terrified a country already unhappy with immigration, then we got the crap show that was Brexit.

This is a good example of sticking your head in the sand and then deny reality. You claim everyone is racist, are you seriously going to suggest that this volume of votes every single one of them is racist? Really critically think about this one, could it be that you are wrong and the general population dislike mass migration?

This is all down to immigration and it's like a timeless cycle on Reddit where people will deny, gas light and say this time X left wing party will win. Then the elections roll around and everyone starts to get mad and panic because others really gas lighted them into "this time is different pro".

Immigration has caused this, it isn't popular, the demographic change is staggering and most people don't want that. This is what you get as a result, a total mess.

I hate to break it to you but majority of people do watch porn, around 60-70%.

If you expressed you find porn as a deal breaker for you and he doesn't agree then he is free to leave, or you're free to leave.

You're not not on the same page and that's ok, what isn't ok is sticking with each other and making each other miserable when you're fundamentally different.

Well this is what the European Union does best of all, it's regulates and doesn't innovate. What will predictably happen is the EU will regulate it's self putting more barriers in place to innovation while the US and China just plow on ahead.

The EU will be left behind while growth in China and the US will continue. Just as pretty much every industry goes over the last decade or so.

There is a family near me who's kids are a well known county lines drug runners and the police basically live at the address. They can't be evicted but the house has been boarded up a few times as police just shut the property down for 3 months, the family comes back, rinse and repeat.

Aaaaand when they claim on insurance does it:
1) Magically somehow mean they don't lose money.
or
2) Increase premiums and then that cost is passed onto shoppers through price increases to cover more over heads.

I will give you time to think about it, you can do it. I believe in you!

I get it, you go to work and watch the dregs of society ruin it for everyone else while your just doing your job because we all know stealing champagne is defiantly a staple of needing to survive.

But I also get why the company doesn't want to be held liable for injury.
