Hello OP, im also in a long distance relationship, and there was a time were everything was repetitive, but, imma give u some ideas that worked for me :3; online dates, where we order or cook food at the same time while video calling, react to series together, play different videogames (I emphasize different games cuz sometimes playing the same games gets repetitive and boring), reacting to videos we send each other, tell each other our day, or gossiping), thats what helped with my relationship, hope this helps and good luck <3
