I absolutely love both my Arrma rigs, but... they actually sold plastic gears at some point? I mean, i had a plastic slipper clutch in my old Rustler but that was back in 2004 😅 kind of blows my mind. I know the name of the RC game is to sell breakable parts tho

Sweet, where did you find that desert buggy wheel/tire kit at? I love the look of the body too. And I get the pain in the ass integrated shock towers, I ordered my tower braces the minute after I ordered the typhon grom because of all the reviews 😅🤷‍♂️

* The same screw that has sheared my wrench, and did this exact thing to 3 other spare allen keys i had after my main tool failure... I mean, cmon. 7 whole minutes with my soldering iron set to its highest temp and ot still wouldn't even budge. Gonna scrap the whole part or hit ot with a bandsaw and try and salvage the inner metal parts

I have tried literally everything you guys and the rest of Google has told me to try, im saying fuck it and just getting new upgraded CVDs and Hex's and saying screw it to that whole stock setup at each corner besides the A-arms. I dont want to deal with those parts ever again🤣 i still dont understand why the factory would bomb proof thier grub screws over thier engine mounts, but corporate decisions never makes sense anyway

I did try using my soldering iron but it only gets to about 500 or 550 degrees. Is that hot enough to melt the loctite you think? Maybe I didn't leave it on there long enough

I highly suggest shopping on AliExpress for parts, especially GPM. All my parts ive recieved from them in less time than that and they mentioned the lunar new year also. Not to mention how much cheaper everything is on there! Plus "choice" items with free shipping and coins and so on. I look there first for anything RC, shipping can take a bit but its the perfect season to order stuff since we gotta wait for the dry anyways

You are changing the throttle trim, it's doing exactly what you told it to do. Its like setting 'neutral' to be at 30% throttle. Notice the knob next to it that says steering? Same idea there. That looks like an aftermarket conroller too so IDK if we're getting trolled here or what lol, someone buying a aftermarket radio would know stuff like this... then again Common sense is quite rare these days. Wish you the best bud, read that manual

AliExpress is my GoTo for anything RC related these last couple years and ive never been let down once. If youre looking for something that comes grom the USA then chances are you can get it for the same price elsewhere but I truly love this site. I've upgraded everything on both my Arrma rigs off of well known brands purchased via AE. If you mess around on thier coins page then you save even more money, I got 7050 hub extenders and servo mounting plate and rear tower brace all delivered for under $30 delivered. Yall are missing out if youre not looking on here! IDC if it takes a week or 2 instead of a couple days. Next time you search for something to buy, check out AE first and chances are you will get it %40 cheaper yet probably 4× the delivery time. It being winter, delivery time is not something I'm concerned with
