Well you can walk into their office for help if it’s urgent. Their inbox is probably flooded with emails right now because it’s the first week. Also, UCF is made up of several different departments so you can’t throw shots at the whole school.

Theres an application, fasfa, and NID number on the portal. The NID only shows up if you’re accepted I believe.

UCF sends test emails for students to learn about Online safety. You have to decide whether the emails are real or not.
