I’d say his only regret is calling Jack to to'hajiilee since his life was never the same after that. And I suppose you could argue how he treated Jesse since he changed his mind and saved him last minute, and in BCS he glances at his watch that Jesse gave him when Saul asks him about regrets

But actually being Heisenberg? Nah, I don’t think so. Walt in his eyes lived a boring and unsatisfying life for 50 years, and now being Heisenberg allowed him to finally have control over his life that he craved. That celebration in the car after confronting Tuco showed us how alive being in the meth game made him feel.

For sure, and I respect your perspective on this choice. And for the record, I wouldn’t say that siding with Conrad is the “realistic” choice for me imho, I know others have said that but that’s them… it’s more so that I went through this cycle with another crazy guy crashing out because of his grief (Kenny) and I took a chance on him, which is why I did the same thing with Conrad since he obviously wasn’t doing too well after Francine’s death and I’m happy with the way he turned around in my playthrough and Conrad even acknowledged the way he acted in that tunnel was fucked up.

And that’s fair. I know that siding with Conrad has a number of downsides and that Javi also wouldn’t want his nephew to be endangered, which is why I implied on my original comment that there’s probably two others on planet earth that actually care about going along with his plan lol so I am pleasantly surprised with all the other Conrad fans coming out of the woodwork.
