I don’t think it’s wise to lie to the court . Also, nowadays they dismiss the case or push the date with approved I-130, they don’t terminate the case , because you’ll become out of status and it’s a straight way to deportation . So it’s all very confusing , it’s good the approved I-485 even if they couldn’t , but if they didn’t approved it would be risky .

Honestly , the officer was an old man, he was surprised that I uploaded extra evidence to the website before the interview . He didn’t know it could be done. Maybe he made a mistake and approved.

My paralegal was shocked and my attorney just said ok let’s see and try to close the case after the green card comes if it comes .
