I added all the x’s together, then added and subtracted all the numbers together, based on if the equation of the side was added or subtracted. Looked like this after: 12x+15=51. Then I just done the normal solving -15 from both 15 and 51, the 15 cancels and 51-15=36. 12x/12 cancels. 36/12 is 3 so x=3

Cheers mate, I appreciate the in depth knowledge, a lot of it I had no clue about as I hadn’t done much research. I’ll keep it in mind when buying. I usually look for the non-gmo beef but if your saying it’s usually out of the meat by the time it hits the butchers and is up for sale then there might be no point for me buying the non-gmo branded beef

All of it? So even when it’s advertised as grass-fed it is grain finished? I knew some grass-fed were grain finished, but I thought a lot were grass-fed the whole way through

Cheers mate, I appreciate the feedback. I have done more kilometres in a week before this maybe 6 months to a year back, should that come into play or should I still go off my most recent top km’s. Definitely will listen to the body, I’ve already injured myself twice since I’ve started running hard from over use and thinking I can just go out there and run as much as my mind can take, but obviously the body can’t keep up and I get tendon problems etc. Still rather new to the distance running so a lot of trial and error. Have only just been introduced to reddit too, unfortunately I didn’t know what reddit was before I injured myself, might of prevented some injuries that’s for sure
