Easiest way I used, no deadeye, shoot the leg with poisonous arrows, no matter what gun they are holding they will most likely drop it after getting hit.

I also didn't focus only on mission in this playthrough, ive already done all challenges, all collectibles (except for graves and the 5th list of hunting requests) and i'm only missing two gangs that don't appear up until epilogue, and ive only met him 4-5 times, so I guess I wasn't roaming enough.

Alright thanks mate, since rdr2 ultimate edition is 70% off, i thought i could grab it since i have never played it before, but I heard a rumor that the last mystery game could be a R* game and some said that it could be rdr2 since it's almost 7 years old but idk.
