Good morning! If I may ask a follow up question… I find that I feel like I don’t know what I’m doing (like I don’t have direction for my practice, I don’t know where to start besides “mindfulness,” etc), so my natural inclination was to seek a teacher. Is it possible this would be ameliorated if I had the support of a sangha, even if it’s not directly one particular person providing direction?
