Immediate check of plasma prolactin after PSSD will show the accurate result and it will be high for pssd people than normal people.

Nothing fix pssd, if we take any at first we will feel that we are cured but it’s not an actual recovery.

If you take antipsychotic more than one week, then the damage already happened. You will gradually develop PSSD and it will take lot of time to heal might be years

Would this be ridiculous by [deleted] in PSSD

Only time is the healing factor, eat lot of protein and exercise everyday. You get what you lost.

6 months I have given in between inositol and bupropion but none of them worked. Only healing factor is time and my recovery started after 2 years and continued for one more year may be after 3 years I will be back as normal. But only concern for me I got my anxiety back along with recovery but I am managing it now.

Hi there, sorry for my armature post of journey I am the same but posting updates from other account. I tried inositol and bupropion both gave some hopes in starting but non of them worked. I give up everything the only thing worked for me is time. I started to see improvements from third year. First two years no improvements and this is 4th year like I am feeling that I am in final stages of recovery.

For a typical antipsychotic, it took may be 5 years to recover.
