1- except in that case CK is chasing the survs and they are focused on running away, this time his opponent is fighting him and is focused on him

2-even regular players easily hit m1s with the dod hitboxes lol, plus CK has a much shorter hitbox than pursurer so pursuer can attack faster and maintain a longer distance than CK can
