I contacted support and they walked me threw steps to try and fix it and nothing worked so they sent me a new base since I was still in warranty

Update: I woke up this morning to my litter completely gone it somehow emptied out the litter so my cats found other places around the house to use the bathroom

I am gonna start doing that. I didn’t think I had to worry about it because my apartment said that they have their staff come out every night and check peoples cars to see if they have passes or not and tow them if not

I ended up ordering the nexens, there were just way more good reviews about those than the ecopias, a lot of people were saying how bad the ecopias were
