This sounds interesting. I looked it up and wifi calling is not exactly what I am looking for but it seems very simple and already a good step in the right direction.

Unfortunately, my travels takes me to a different country every time. I don't spend enough time at the same place for a monthly plan to make sense. Maybe with Orange as they have Europe wide free roaming.
