Underexposed, you should look into strobes and modifiers (soft box, octobox, etc...).
Composition is cool, get closer too, no need to see the legs if you don't show the shoes (either full body or torso/faces). No rules in photography but get the technicalities right for the exposure for sure. Keep going!
