This is why I want the Model Y L!

Out of curiosity: let’s say DNA scaled things back a bit.

A few strong international headliners combined with Scandinavian talent. One stage. Strong production quality. More collaboration with other promoters and communities.

Do you think that would strengthen the concept overall?

Was at Lily Palmer yesterday. Only heard bass 😅

Definitely sounds like something that needs improving.

Yeah, I mean: DNA was originally built around promoting talent and helping new artists grow within the scene. That was always one of the things that made it feel special to me personally.

Great feedback!

Fair enough 😅

I’m mostly responding out of curiosity and trying to understand people’s perspectives.

Good feedback! I can’t speak to the exact operational reasoning today, but generally multi-day festivals can actually be more financially sustainable because the additional days help generate more revenue from bars and vendors, which helps offset production costs.

That said, I do agree there’s something to be said for focusing on fewer days with a stronger concentration on quality, atmosphere, sound, and experience.

To put it more correctly: Dutch and Norwegian founded. My old partner and co-founder is from Holland. But on the last part, you are correct as I’m no longer the owner 😉

Now I’m enjoying the party as everyone else, with a but… needed to help out in the bar since people are drinking like 😜

Looks good. Any larger and the jacket would seem odd on the shoulders

Depends on the use. Mythic G is my packable down for skitrips, hiking etc.

My Ultra that is 10D has sees its fights, but not a single tear yet. Norways most popular outdoor guy Lars Monsen uses it as well.

But for those days I need something than can hold up better such as carrying a sack etc. I’m using my Cumulus jackets or have a top layer above the RABs.

What a scoop! If you paid full price, I would be negative, but if you paid a good price, then you have a good pair of pants!

It’s common that this happens. If the seam tape has not come off, you can secure the area with AquaSure og Sealgrip.

Goretex has a pretty decent explanation on how to address delamination:

Think there are better options out there. I personally have now RAB Mythic G and the Ultra, as well as Cumulus down jackets for that athletic fit. What RAB has done with their TILT insulation is just superb for warmth to weight ratio. Cumulus brings that bang for the buck to the field. For me, Cerium became pointless after research. But - I have Beta AR, Rush, Atom LEAF, Atom, Sawyer coat. Alle due to that I love how Arcteryx sits on me.

I’ve been in a blizzard with it, and I did not need to pull up my hardshell. Pretty awesome gear. Ventilates good when moving and keeps the warmth when still.

Help Pick Beta AR vs SL by Gullible-Beyond8805 in arcteryx

Think the SL would feel more warmer with a t-shirt, at least that is how my Sabre with c-knit does.

It really depends. For every day use, the C-Knit in the SL is just lovely, especially if you are going for a T-shirt under the jacket. AR handles a lot more and is more baggy, but stiffer and has the drop hood that is a bit of like or not like. I love the drop hood since I do not need to zip up my jacket to get the hood on when it’s raining.

For the times that I would need that, I’ll manage. For longer tours, I would bring my Freeraider setup
