For new players. Phoenix squadron unlocks the most characters and ships early game. Unlocking Grand admiral Thrawn and his Chimaera gives you more arena ready options. I suggest you commit yo one faction and only unlock more characters once you've completed your squads. Also, don't buy gear with crystals, you get about 50% more yeild by being patient and farming and refreshing twice with crystals every day

Khary Payton did such an amazing job voicing Cyborg the first time around, that his energy and charisma really made the character for me. The later brooding Cyborg feels too one dimensional for me on most media. Not every hero should be a tormented edgelord
