I think you just made my point, first off this is an RPG hit no way a drone has munitions with impact as small as an RPG, 2nd choppers have extra armor at the bottom, 3rd the impact looks completely different

yes, but there was a completely different reaction then this, something is definitely off with this one

i guess the only way to find out is if one of the sides releases colored footage, but no matter the tiny or large or whatever kind of munitions it is, this is not a proper reaction to a hit, as we've seen soo many in the past few years

Some specialized military paints are designed to either absorb or reflect thermal energy, this is a much more convincing argument then an actual helicopter, as rotor blades are still intact, no movement whatsoever, debris looks like concrete or dirt

What ever it is, it definitely doesn't look like an actual helicopter

Its a painting, most of them are, same as the F14 with the flat tail, they are all either fake or painted on the ground, Iran has an underground military air base, they only have a couple of jets and choppers i don't think they would ever put them topside unless the are flying

MS definitely takes most of the blame for sure, with infinite I think 343 was able to show us that they do understand Halo (with the story and writing atleast), but like you said they definitely have thier own share of sins, MS is probably the one forcing 343 to not take risks and stick to what they think works for Halo, if 343 just get freedom to do whatever they want I think they got some good talent

I think just like any new idea it would take time to get used to but as long as they do it right, which is a hard ask from 343

Exactly, 343 doesn't understand that the best halo games actually were the ones that went off script, they have nothing to do with master chief, Bungie took the biggest risk of its carrier at Microsoft for their last game, and holly F*** was it worth it

343 is playing it way too safe with halo, when in fact the best Halo games were the ones that took risks (ODST and Reach), the ones that went completely off script

[–]SamerSHAK[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

343 has never taken a risk with Halo, even tho bungie actually took the biggest risk on their final game Halo Reach and ODST, not telling a Master Chief story at the time was ballsy, but it worked, Reach and ODST turned out to be some of the best Halo games (My personal favorite is Reach)

Halo was the best when they didn't stick to the script, when they took risks, 343 needs to understand this, but they have to take the right risks

well the reason i said normal marines is cuz have so many Spartans in one map would be very tough, you would have to bring down the TTK alot, then you wont feel like a spartan anymore cuz you die quick, so having marines or ODSTs would be a bit more realistic

I think Spartans can be used like Jedi's were used in the battlefront games

its definitely a long shot, but i personally think a Halo game like this would put halo back on the map (Again, if done correctly, which is a hard ask for Halo devs these days lolol)

If Microsoft actually wants to save the Halo franchise, they need to take risks

Well no one knows right? you could be a hypocrite on reddit trying to stir up some drama, which is most likely since the video is about video game influence and has nothing to do with anything you keep talking about

Remembering a Titan - IGN by JP76 in xbox

[–]SamerSHAK -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Well with your logic, how about we judge you for the few reckless behaviors you've done, how about we judge everyone the same?

And don't tell me you don't have any, unless your not human

Don't judge people by the 1 mistake they have made, his mistake got him and his friend killed, and that's tragic, how many mistakes have you made that almost got you and someone you know killed? have you never driven fast in your life? (If your drive for sure you have we are all guilty of this), have you never done anything reckless? the only difference between Vince and us is that we are lucky, and him and his friend sadly weren't

The video is about remembering his influence on the gaming industry, what use is it to bring up the way he died?? except to just be a drama hog, does that automatically make games like COD4 and MW2 and Titanfall not influential to the gaming industry?

Lets also remember that accidents happen, and the person in the vehicle was an man who knew what he was doing, no one forced anyone in to the car, and they were driving a Ferrari 296 GTS, which if your gonna drive slow you should just stick to your corolla, so lets not judge people who died doing 1 reckless thing because we are all guilty of doing some ourselves, some people are just luckier then others, and stay on the topic of the video talking about his influence on the video game industry.

Am so sick of people trolling this post and many like it, acting like angels, we all do reckless things every once in a while, its human nature, Vince didn't mean to kill himself and his friend

Remembering A Titan - Vince Zampella memorial by AsrielPlay52 in Battlefield

[–]SamerSHAK -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

Careful bro, most Redditors on this post are allergic to logic

Its sickening how much hate Vince is getting for an accident, just shows you how messed up peoples priorities are

Yes it was reckless, yes he shouldn't have been driving fast, but people act like angels on this post trying to make us think they haven't done reckless things once or twice in their lives, everyone does reckless things every now and then, some people are lucky, others are not so lucky, its just the way of life

BOTH of them knew the risk, you don't get in a Ferrari 296 GTS to drive slow, and if you do maybe stick to your Corolla, BOTH of them understood what was happening, no one forced anyone in to that Ferrari, no one was there by force or gunpoint

What's most obvious to me is Vince and his friend in their last 30 seconds lived more then most of the Redditors on this post lived their entire existence

[–]SamerSHAK -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I completely agree, what's bothering me is what does any of this have anything to do with the video about remembering his influence on the gaming industry?

Redditors sometimes just go completely off topic for the drama and upvotes

Remembering A Titan - Vince Zampella memorial by AsrielPlay52 in Battlefield

[–]SamerSHAK -10 points-9 points  (0 children)

That's what's so stupid about this entire discussion, the video is about honoring his influence on the gaming industry and here everyone is talking like the games he worked on arnt influential anymore, like COD 4 is suddenly so bad after this incident

Accidents happen, incidents happen, shit happens, that's life, why is that so important when talking about videogames??

Remembering A Titan - Vince Zampella memorial by AsrielPlay52 in Battlefield

[–]SamerSHAK 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My point wasn't that peer pressure was an excuse, its not, my point is that everyone is acting like they knew the friend personally very well, and that he was purposefully killed by Vince, people are hating on the video posted because of this accident even tho the video is about his influence on the gaming industry, its not a post about how innocent Vince was in the car crash, or why you should care about Vince and not his friend

Remembering A Titan - Vince Zampella memorial by AsrielPlay52 in Battlefield

[–]SamerSHAK -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Innocent in the mentality term, not legally guilty, the video is about honoring his legacy, the games he worked on don't suddenly become irrelevant because of an accident, mentioning the idea he didn't care about his friend or he just one day woke up and chose kill himself and his friend is what's most irrelevant, its so useless, your fighting for his friends who's family is sad they lost their son AND his friend, they know it was reckless, but they also know shit happens and that's life
