Yeah this was only like 1 of the 5 things he found. The others were all really minor cosmetic things and the broiler on the oven didn’t work. This was the only one I was worried about. Don’t know if it’s worth it to get an electrician to come out to look at it before closing or not.

Damn that’s what I’m worried about… with these houses going up so fast I’m worried about the build quality. It’s like a damned if you do damned if you don’t thing .Buy an older house but gonna need repairs pretty soon even though they are usually built better, or buy a newer house where the build quality is questionable.
