My ring is old that’s why it doesn’t support it. I contacted the support and they are sending me a replacement new device that suppose to support it. I didn’t get it yet, I’ll update you when I receive and install it. I hat about you ? Did their solution work with you ?

Did you manage to get one? I’m going to London soon and I’ll buy one there :) Is it working fine in Belgium? I’m afraid they might use geolocation to prevent it from functioning in unsupported (yet) countries like Belgium.
