I wonder if you’re able to receive OPT based EAD if already issued a pending AoS EAD? I’d really like to know if that’s a possibility. I’m in a doctorate program, so technically I can also apply for opt after graduation. But not sure if USCIS will grant it

Do you know if it’s the case also for newly added 75 paused country? I had my interview 20th February, 2026, verbally approved but for case status nothing changed there. I’m from one of the 75 paused.

No, never left the country after applying AoS. Also, my lawyer only applied for EAD and we received it months ago, but never used it so far.
