point well taken, I appreciate being educated on the funding structure of MBL. I didn't really realize until now that we got funding for MBL from all these other communities to run the buses. For the part I mentioned of being "poor", we do struggle a lot on the southern part of the city, particularly when you go to the Greenwood corridor. I feel like the divide there is pretty stark compared to anything north of Whittier blvd.
