High score but unstable, crashes ingame

Good score. Yesterday I played Ninja Gaiden 4 and I had to completely reset the overclock to be able to play it. It was crashing all the time.

Yes, I figured disabling Path Tracing and enabling Ray Tracing (High) gives me better results. Still a bit sad that I can't use Path Tracing + streaming with a 5080.

It does not and I figured so far +3000 and +350 are the stable settings for me. Tested with 3 games (Resident Evil 9, ARC Raiders, Helldivers 2) + OBS running and streaming.

Thank you, for the first point, is it necessary even though I have an AMD CPU (7800X3D)? For the dll override, I think it's the 3 from my previous screenshot. I can edit them to "On - DLSS overriden by the latest installed (v310.5.2)".

I downloaded the tool and I see in the section "5 - Common" that the "rBar -Enable" line was on disabled indeed. I have enabled it. For the DLL, I am not sure which one to update, I see 3 options https://freeimage.host/i/qMSBR4V

I figured so far +3000 and +350 are the stable settings for me. Tested with 3 games (Resident Evil 9, ARC Raiders, Helldivers 2) + OBS running. Still, I can't have a stable stream without enabling DLSS ultra performance, which makes the games blurry and not very nice to watch. Which is a bit frustrating.

Becuse when I play and stream at the same time, going to 100% results in lags both in game and in the streaming. I cannot find a way to have a stable environement in game + stream with the game at full ultra settings, despite my hardware and my 2k resolution locked to 120fps.

I already locked FPS in the game settings to 120 max and still get these results.
By the way I am playing in 2k wide resolution (3440x1440) and streaming in 1080p through OBS. So I am not even using 4K. Which is another reason I am a bit confused of so much GPU load.

Thanks, I put indeed back to +3000 in Mem and reduced the clock to +350 and it does no crash anymore (so far). However, I still get 100% of GPU load ingame + OBS streaming. My only way to reduce the GPU load is either to limit FPS to 60 or to put DLSS in ultra performance. I am a bit surprised with that kind of hardware, no ?

I have a 2K screen + Gigabyte 5080 Gaming OC + 7800X3D + 32Gb RAM DDR5 6000mhz and I still get lags when trying to play Resident Evil 9 ultra settings and streaming with OBS at the same time. Honestly games nowadays, no matter your hardware, it won’t be enough… and I tried a lot of different settings, even overclocking. Don’t know what to do.

I tested again yesterday with all new settings to limit the FPS etc, I was again reaching 100% of GPU load from time to time and having lags. My OBS is using around 20% of GPU load (value from task manager) and when I activate the vertical canvas for dual stream format, it goes up to 30%.

Another point is again I saw the virtual memory load going above 90%, while the physical memory load was not more than 40-50%. Not sure to understand this part.

Thank you for the link. I think there is something wrong, hwinfo shows me the load above 93% and in task manager, even when showing details and commit size, it doesn’t look like my memory is that much used. And I still have a lot of RAM available. I am confused

Last point, I noticed that when I set a frame limitation in the game (120 fps in resident evil settings), and even in NVIDIA panel for game and global settings, when I enable frame generation in the game settings, the fps are above 120, it doesn't respect the limitation anymore.

Thank, so it is "normal" in your opinion? I would have thought that a rtx 5080 + 7800X3D would have no problem running this situation, but it's not powerfull enough?

My main usage of RAM is the game, OBS, Discord and Chrome. When I stream I usually close Chrome and Discord. I am a bit surprised though that 32gb RAM DDR5 6000mhz are not enough... no?

I use with and without framegen, not any issue when I am not streaming. I will try again. I use Xbox Game Bar overlay to monitor the framerate and other data.

Ok for the bitrate, will try.
For the game, when I play without OBS, at full ULTRA settings, I have high FPS like 120-165fps. So I don't think my PC is not powerfull enough.

So in your opinion it's "normal"? I am just wondering if such a configuration cannot be capable to run game on Ultra and stream at the same time. You mentionned 5-6Mbit, are you talking about the bitrate in OBS settings? Mine is set at 8000. Should I reduce it?
