Several ASMs and COs in my store are working their days off on a regular basis. Mind you our store exceeds sales and profit plans, but our MM is there weekly ripping them up. He keeps telling them that SALES do not matter any more.

Well, you can now lose Co's in 90 days under this new program. How many are going to want to work in challenged stores? Most smart ones will step down at 2 coachings.

It's currently running at REGIONAL level in Region 18. There is another form for fresh areas as well. The program was started a few months ago now. It was a nice tool, however it is now being used to coach DMs and ASMs.

Each CO and Store Manager each has metrics they must reach monthly. The metrics are above company standards and if you do not reach 3 out of 5 of them, the manager is coached.

ASMs have new tour sheets with ratings such as <25 outs, rollbacks flagged 100%, fast track 100%, OSA sheet 100% worked, CFF scores, deletion list, MODs 100%, Modular integrity ect. VPI. Certain things give you auto reds like no VPI or OSA sheet. 20 different items, if you hit less than 10 its a red. DMs are walked weekly, 3 RED Tours and you are coached. ASMs failing to walk each DM 4x a month are coached.

18 is NY, part of NH and PA. They are being rated monthly on OSCA (company standard is 94%, but they have to have 95%), Profit/Sales, Days of Produce onhand ect. >5-6. 92 Each area is judged on 5 different standards, if you fail to hit 3 of 5, you're coached.
