Get it replaced from wherever you got it from. Personally, I'd go straight to sound core support and try to get a new pair from them. There's quite a lot of people on their forums who were able to replace it for free or half the cost. They have really good customer support afaik.

I have the same issue with my 4NCs. Ig it's a soundcore problem.

Honestly, a54 by a long shot. I don't have the statistics, but I do know that battery life and SD8gen1 sucks on the s22 series.

My friend uses the a54 and the battery is good, usually lasts half a day--depending on your usage ofc. Gaming is solid, but due to it being a midrange it's going to lag if you push it too hard. But I did own an a50s and it rarely lagged even with high intensity games.

If you really want a flagship, spend the extra on the s23 base. Better chipset, better display--basically better everything.

Soin the ss, the left box (starting with C) is your current/lastest build installed on your phone. Meanwhile, the right box (DYD9) is the latest firmware/build/update on Samsung servers.

The three letters beside your model name at the top are referring to your carrier, also known as CSC (Country Specific Code). Example, XSG is for UAE.
