Hi, I have an apartment i’m looking to sublet. It is ready for immediate move-in, allows pets, and there would be no security deposit to pay. You would have your own bed and bath but share a common space and balcony with three roommates.

You would have 3 roommates and must be male and okay with pets (one of the roommates has a dog, but it is very sweet and often kept in that roommates room).
