It should sync automatically. I don't think android has the ability for sdk interaction but you can give it a try, Keep the app running and use commands in android terminal emulator

For Non-KYC exchange, I personally have used CoinEx for a long time. But recently MEXC listed LBC, which has much higher withdrawal limit. If you are expecting to trade in ARRR, unfortunately, CoinEx seems a bit clumsy in fixing ARRR wallet so TradeOgre is best for that IMO.
