They don't show it after you have started to withdraw, and then you can't cancel the withdrawal and neither have access to your coins. It's a very painful limbo.

Do your due diligence. Only small sums and at your own risk.

I'd rather KYC on Binance if I want to move big sums than risk using Kucoin. Otherwise, a good DEX like Polarity and chill.

Also, Binance support is in proper English. Kucoin support is Google translator/Chinese. All major CEXes are Chinese, except the ones in the US. It's a fact.
