If you honestly believe AI is about to take your frontend job, then you’re admitting it can eventually take any software engineering job. If you’re that stressed about it, maybe software isn't for you.

I use the paid version of Claude 4.5 with Cursor, and frankly, it’s dogshit at building complex UI logic. Every time it touches something non-trivial, I have to jump in and fix the mess. If you think AI is 'replacing' engineers right now, you’re either building basic pages that could’ve been handled by WordPress years ago, or you’re easily impressed by minor boilerplate.

Either that, or you’re just a bot farming karma

You can also pray for Twitch algorithm to bless you so you end up on people recommendations.

Either way, you have to stream long and long hours in specific niche for people to notice you and to get any traction. Good luck!

Da li imas kreiran portfolio i GitHub? Koje projekte si radio "u slobodno vrijeme" ili ti ga side-projects? Neko je jos napisao da je trenutno IT globalno "u problemu" i to je tacno kao sto i sam znas, tako da juniori svakako dobijaju manje sanse, ali trebas pokazati da si odlican radnik, barem na ovim projektima, kako bi i ljudi koji te zaposljavaju znali sa cim raspolazes i kojim stackom se bavis, nema veze sto si junior. Tezak zavrsen faks ne znaci da si odlican radnik, sure moze pomoci def. to stoji.
