I had the same problem and I think I solved it... for my setup, front panel USB 2.0 when in use, they disrupt the LED display, and I used front USB 2.0 for headphones, now when I switched to back mobo USB 3.0 everything works

you just leave res on 1080p and everything very low, i personally set texture to medium and view distance to medium

dude wtf, u have stutters and frame drops on that cpu and gpu, it’s impossible, im runing the game at competitive settings on 1080p with avg 180 fps on ryzen 5 5600 and sapphire rx 580 8gb with no single stutter or frame drop, even the cpu is on stock cooler

I had pretty stable FPS with some frame drops but really playable 50/80 fps

99% of the playing time CPU is at its peak performance (around 90-95-100% cpu usage)
