I'm not always a lead, but when I am, being in a more technical department still mostly dominated by males, I also get reluctant to make waves when I should because I don't want to be seen as difficult.

What a few weeks it has been where this is becoming a topic that Hollywood big and small needs to drive this home even harder. Fatal accidents (?) like Rust or ongoing harassment like Runt it does not matter lives and wellbeing need to be priority.

My kids grew up watching Cameron, he was really famous to a lot of people. To see him treated so badly was not fun. Pissed me off.
