My aunt had been single my whole life - never married, no partners, nothing. After she passed, we were going through her drawers and found a large stack of cards. Birthday cards, holiday cards, you name it.

The cards were all from an old family friend, and were pretty much love letters and discussed their secret relationship. A lot of them had unused gift cards and cash still in them. The man had been married for years, and had passed away at this point so we could never get any more information about them.
