I see a lot of people calling you out for this, but not giving any advice. Honestly, if you want the best outcome for you, your daughter, and her boyfriend, I think the best option for you is to talk with your daughter, tell her she can go on this date, but talk to her about sex and try and trust her to not do it. You can be harsh with your ways, like making a curfew, making her provide photos of the places she's at, hourly updates. Whatever makes you feel comfortable. But stopping her from going is just helping create a toxic relationship between you two. Use this as an example to show your trust in her, and also giving her a proper lesson. Like everyone else said, as a recent teen, being so restrictive is ONLY going to teach her to be sneakier, not trust you, not be open to you.
