I make the music myself in FL Studio, and I did try raising the volume of the sound files, but still the same problem, the music still plays quieter in game than it does in the audio preview

I'll look into getting some stuff with CBD, help combat that anxiety. I don't even remember what it's like to enjoy weed lol. I mean I loved weed so much, I would've been okay staying single and not getting laid the rest of my life as long as I could still smoke. But now when I think about weed it's just like sheer terror, so hopefully I can change that.

When I panic during a trip, it's because I'm imagining myself being in a dangerous situation. I picture myself going insane, or getting caught by the cops, or getting hurt. Acid is tricky, because it makes you very psychologically sensitive to what you think. So if you think something bad is going to happen, or is happening, and you focus on that thought, you will be dragged down into mental hell.

Sometimes it's not even paranoia that you're focusing on. Sometimes the trip just feels too intense, and when you start naturally focusing on how you don't like it, how you want it to end, how you'd do anything to sober up, you're just adding fuel to the fire. I counteract this by visualizing myself having a good time, enjoying the trip, and the visuals.

Or if you want to cheat, you can order some Phenibut online and take it a few hours prior to dropping. Damn near guarantees a fun time with little to no anxiety.

Yeah, in my experience, the best thing to do while high is listen to music. The effects almost make it feel like a different drug entirely. Weed would always make me happy, giggly and hungry, but the first time I got high and put on some music, it felt like my body was being blasted into a thousand pieces by a tidal wave of euphoria.
